The People Look Like Flowers at Last

“morning night and noon
the traffic moves through
and the murder and treachery
of friends and lovers
and all the people
move through you.

pain is the joy of knowing
the unkindest truth
that arrives without
warning.

life is being alone
death is being alone.

even the fools weep

morning night and noon.”

― Charles Bukowski

Olive Garden

Today was a momentous day! During my dining experience at Olive Garden I finally got to answer “Yes, please!”, when asked if I’d like to sample their wine. 🙂

NWA Fashion Show

One of my friends I grew up with is going to be a FAMOUS fashion designer someday.  She asked me to walk for her in the NWA fashion show… which of course I said yes!!! I was freaked out about having to travel to Fayetteville during the week with an Organic II test and statistics test the next morning – but it all worked out and I had sooooo much fun!

#TeamFind”InsertMyName”sCarKeys

February 27, 2013

I still can’t find my car keys. I can’t even remember the last time that I’ve seen them. My last memory of having them was taking them out of my Columbia coat and putting them somewhere “safe” so that I wouldn’t lose them.

Most of the time when I lose stuff for a long period of time, it’s due to me putting them somewhere “safe”.

During the summer, one of my friends rented her first house.  She’s actually in the same sorority has me – just in another chapter. Her roomies were also sisters in her chapter. They had a chips and dips party house warming party. Best party idea EVER. So many different dips and chips!! Who doesn’t like to drink and eat chips and dip? My favorite dip was probably the cheesy buffalo chicken dip. My friends had to literally drag me away from it to take me home.

But the point of the story is, in the state that I was in, I knew I’d lose my car keys. So what did I do? I put the somewhere “safe”. Basically, I hid them. It was found two weeks later in their cupboard behind a bunch of cups.
